Donna Nelligan, PA-C is certified as a General Medicine PA and is Board-Certified as a Physician Assistant in Psychiatry. Donna obtained her Physician Assistant degree from the University of Colorado in 1979. Donna worked at Tri-County Health Department for 10 years, and at Swedish Hospital Emergency Room for 2 years. She has spent the last 13 years providing Psychiatric and General Medicine care at Doctors Care in Littleton, where she also functioned as Clinic Director and led the Behavioral Health Team in integrating Behavioral Health and General Medicine. Donna moved to Creekside Collaborative Therapy in September 2013 and has been primarily providing Mental Health Medication Management for the past four years. Donna continues to provide Medication Management at Creekside, and works with all ages. She has an excellent reputation in the community, having served on many boards and in community service. She charges a nominal fee of $75.00 for an initial visit and $75.00 for follow-up medication management appointments. She currently is in-network with United Healthcare/UBH, Colorado Access (including CHP and Denver Medicaid), BHI (Medicaid for clients living in Arapahoe & Douglas Counties) and Victim's Compensation. Donna’s office hours are Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 A.M. – 6:30 P.M. If there is a need to be seen outside of these hours, additional appointment times can be arranged by phone.
